Over the past 18 months, Solutioneers has been journey that my faithful blog readers will have witnessed, exploring various facets of business transformation, leadership, and growth. I realise that the variety of topics, ranging from digital transformation; customer journey mapping; the importance of organisational values and even leadership book reviews may have left my audience wondering “What is going on here?”

The list has grown a lot in the last six months, and so I wanted to take a moment to just reintroduce myself, because I have been on a bit of a journey of reinvention since we sold the Torch business.
So, for those who may be new here, I am Anne Gray, and Solutioneers is my business.
Throughout this journey of discovering what my NEXT was, I’ve kept my core values of truth, connection, impact and excellence as my true North. These values have guided me in deciding what to do in this new chapter.
A Journey of Growth and Transformation
From my early blogs on embracing digital tools to more recent discussions on the human aspect of digital change, our focus has always been on creating value and driving success for your businesses. I realized that while digital transformation is crucial, effective leadership is the true cornerstone of sustainable business growth.
This realization has inspired me to reposition myself as a business consultant dedicated to working closely with business owners and leaders who aspire to take their businesses to new heights.
I have set out to help 60 entrepreneurs this year achieve their business goals and professionalise their operations.

Introducing The Leaders’ Library
In line with this new direction, I launched The Leaders’ Library, an online community designed for ALL small business owners and leaders to network, share insights, and grow together. The Leaders’ Library is more than just a networking hub; it is a community. It’s a space where you can find inspiration, gain new perspectives, and build relationships that will propel your business forward.
The Leaders’ Library gives you access to a wealth of resources, including expert-led discussions, exclusive content, and opportunities to connect with peers facing similar challenges.
We host read alongs of business and leadership books. This experiential learning opportunity affords leaders the time to grow their skill and learn from others in our weekly group coaching session. For one example is Dare to Lead, that ran on Monday 17 June, and ran weekly from 4-5pm for 8 weeks.
