Returns & Refund Policy

At Solutioneers (Pty) Ltd, we are committed to delivering high-quality business coaching courses that help entrepreneurs and professionals grow. As our products are delivered digitally, we have outlined our returns and refund policy below for clarity and transparency.

Digital Product Policy
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. Once a course has been purchased and accessed (e.g., through downloading, streaming, or logging into the course portal), we do not offer refunds or returns.

Refund Exceptions
We may, at our sole discretion, consider a refund request if:

  • You experience technical issues that prevent you from accessing the course and we are unable to resolve the issue within 7 business days.
  • You accidentally purchased the same course more than once.
  • You made a purchase in error and have not accessed the course in any way.

How to Request a Refund
Please email us with the following:

  • Your full name and email address used to purchase
  • Order confirmation number
  • Reason for the refund request

We aim to review and respond to all refund requests within 3 business days.
